Vahit Sarıtaş:

 

1989 yılı Kayseri doğumlu. 2012 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Dil ve Tarih- Coğrafya Fakültesi Oyunculuk bölümünden mezun oldu. 2011 yılında Paris de Centre Recherche Theatrale’de “Ideogram Project” kapsamında 3 ay boyunca oyunculuk çalışması yaptı. Vahit Sarıtaş, 2013 yılından bu yana kısa film yönetmenliği ve senaristliği yapmaktadır.

 

He was born in Kayseri, in 05.11. 1989. He finished his primary and secondary education in Kayseri and began his undergraduate education in Ankara University, Language and History- Geography Faculty, in 2008. He continued his education in Paris de Centre Recherche Theatrale in 2011. In 2012 he took part in Ideogram Project and in projects named East Theatre and Actor in France, also in films Cassandra, Violence to Women and Child’s Room as an actor. He is the director and screenwriter of two films named They Left for, but Where (2013) and A Couple of Fish in the Slaughterhouse (2013) and these films have been screened in several festivals. His last film Dunyamali (2014) became a part of the Short Film Corner of 67th Festival de Cannes.

 

Nesligul Satir:

 

1989 yılında Adana’da doğudu. 2011 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Dil ve Tarih- Coğrafya Fakültesi Amerikan Kültürü ve Edebiyatı bölümünden mezun oldu. 2011 yılında ODTÜ Medya ve Kültürel Çalışmalar bölümünde başladığı yüksek lisans öğrenimine halen devam etmektedir. Üniversite bünyesinde bulunan ODTÜ Gisam’da stajını tamamlamıştır. Rtv Film ve Prodüksiyon şirketinde görevine devam etmekte ve 2013 yılından bu yana da bağımsız olarak kısa film yapımı çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.

 

 

She was born in Adana and until her education in university she attended primary and secondary school in İstanbul. Then in 2007, she began her education in Ankara University in the department of Western Languages, American Culture and Literature. She graduated in 2011 eleven and in the same year she began her master’s degree in Middle East Technical University in the department of Media and Cultural Studies. She worked in center of visual and auditory systems and filmed a video for the university. She worked as a producer, editor and cinematographer in three short films named They Left for but Where (2013), A Couple of Fish in the Slaughterhouse (2013) and last one which was selected for the Short Film Corner in 67th Cannes Film Festival, Dunyamali (2014). She is still working as a producer and editor, also she is still studying for her master’s degree.
